Stabb Brothers Ranch is completely engineered to provide optimum livestock grazing. 60,000 gallons of dispersed stock water storage is supplied as a backup for 12 active wells with a combined output of 160 gpm. Several wells are interconnected to nearby wells to provide a highly reliable stock water source. 20 mi of buried pipelines have been installed which supply stock water to a network of water tanks dispersed over a 50 sq mile area. 20‐mi of new access roads were constructed in 2015‐2017 & provide easy vehicle access to all parts of the ranch. Perimeter & cross fences have been rebuilt & are in excellent condition. As of 2019, 8,500 acres of Juniper Trees have been removed, allowing twice the forage growth \ & also enhancing water resources for cattle and wildlife.
