Patience is a rare quality in today’s hurry-up world – and the corner stone of HeatherO’Daniel’s real estate practice.
Heather has a unique outlook on real estate, not only will you get the results you seek, she will turn buying or selling property into a pleasant and memorable process. Buying a house should be fun, exciting and understandable. Selling a house should be a time of looking forward to life’s next adventure. Heather relieves possible client anxieties by listening well, paying attention to every detail, and using clear and timely communication.
Before leaving the corporate world to enter real estate sales, Heather held positions which helped her refine her skills in customer service, marketing, time management, dispute resolution, and problem solving. Heather does not regret leaving behind the confines and restrictions of corporate life and embraces the freedom to provide great customer service.
Heather also embraces technology and appreciates being able to communicate with clients “their way.” Would you like your market analysis delivered as an iPad presentation? Do you want to communicate by text message? Do you want all your documents delivered electronically? Do you enjoy the hard copy, print version?
Heather was raised in the Pleasant Hill, Oregon, where she grew up riding and showing her horses from a very young age. After meeting her husband, who is a police sergeant for the Prineville Police Department, she relocated to Prineville in 2009. Heather is very active in crossfit training where she competes and still continues to enjoy her horses and hiking.
While Heather is an active person, she always has time for her clients. Contact her today to learn more about Prineville, Central Oregon and our housing market.
